Semi-Private Training

This session lasts 55 minutes and is a great way to get that personalized attention (since there is a max of 5 participants with 1 trainer). You gain the benefits of a trainer at a fraction of the cost for one-on-one training. This is ideal if you would like to work out with family or friends privately — or even team mates where you would focus on sports specific training in preparation of an event or competition. We also have a Semi-Private Training Calendar so you can see the ones that are on the schedule every week — which are pre-paid in order to reserve your place.  Since these are considered a type of “private” training vs. group training, we require 24-hours notice for cancellations so that you do not forfeit one of your pre-paid semi-private sessions.  Let us take the guess-work out of your training.  Let’s set AND reach your fitness goals together!
