Elite AthleteTraining & !MPACT Strength Session

Elite Athlete Training:

This type of training is offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. — and this will help your teen (ages 13-17) improve their strength, speed, agility, balance, coordination and most of all confidence!  Weight training will be introduced since their bodies will benefit greatly — and rest assured, age-appropriate weights will be used based on each teenager’s abilities.  This training is for the SERIOUS athlete who wishes to get stronger and faster.  The philosophy behind this type of training is geared towards helping teens build strength and speed (full body workouts – including plenty of CORE training) through weight training — in addition to a variety of functional exercises, weighted drills, explosive exercises and athletic drills.  Many Olympic and professional athletes are now training this way since it is proven to be extremely effective.  This is a 50/55-minute workout and they will use cutting-edge equipment to help give them that competitive edge:

Elite Athlete Training is a great way to cross-train during their sports season or to develop skill in the off-season.  One of the biggest challenges for athletes is the ability to change direction quickly.  This training will get them ready for anything –so they are ahead of their competition.  It is also great for teens who just want to stay active and strong.   If your teen is excited about learning to weight train and needs strength training, core training, and speed training, this program will give him/her a great foundation!  Please note that if your teenager is 15+, they are also eligible to participate in our adult TD (Total Development) Bootcamps.  See our Monthly Group Training Calendar towards the bottom of our home page to see when we offer these sessions.

Weight-Training . . . Lifting Session:

This training session is offered every Wednesday from 5:30 – 6:30 and on Friday’s from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.  This session is for adults or teens ages 13+ who want to get strong and increase lean muscle mass.  During this training the participants will perform traditional weight lifting exercises using dumbbells, barbells and weight machines.  They will be pushed to work hard . . . yet each participants abilities will be carefully considered when choosing their weights.  It is a great way for an adult to get their weight-training session in for the day . . . and a wonderful way for a teenager to gain a better foundation for proper form.  This is only $20 to drop-in, or is free for adults paying for Unlimited Training.

PRICING for ALL Elite Athletes: $69 per month (to train with our trainers once per week) — and we are now offering DISCOUNTED training to those who wish to train with us two or more times per week @ only $99 per month (Unlimited Training). We offer Elite Athlete Training twice per week, in addition to this Weight-Training Session twice per week.  Also, teenagers (15+) can also take advantage of all of our adult programs too!  That would be our TD Bootcamps, TRX Training,  and any of our other 30-Minute Training Sessions on our Group Training Calendar!  Does NOT include Power & Strength Sessions.   We know you will LOVE this program.   We just need to have a parent fill out and sign the registration form and your teenager will be ready to go!
